Amazing service for overbooking!

My flight was overbooked, and I was so frustrated! I found Compensair and decided to try them for an overbooking compensation. The whole process was incredibly simple and fast. They handled everything with the airline, and I received my compensation quickly. I can't believe how easy they made it! I'm so happy with the outcome and will absolutely use them again if I ever need to. Highly recommend them to anyone with flight issues!

Smooth experience for delayed flight

I had a flight delay last year and finally got around to claiming. I submitted my details for a flight delay compensation through their site. The initial passenger rights assessment was quick. After that, they handled all the communication with the airline. I received updates via email, and their online tracking portal was helpful to see the status. Payout came directly to my bank account. The only hiccup was a slight delay in getting the final payout confirmation, but customer service responded quickly when I inquired.

Claimed for a cancelled flight

So, my flight got cancelled a few months back, a real pain. A friend told me about Compensair, so I just gave it a shot. Filled out the form online, which was super easy. Didn't have to do much else. They just took care of it. Got my money deposited after a while. Felt pretty good not having to deal with the airline myself. Definitely made things easier.

Good service, clear process

I used Compensair for a cancelled flight compensation. The online process was pretty straightforward to submit my details. They kept me updated, and I eventually got paid, which was great. The only thing is, it took longer than I expected for the whole claim to go through, about 3 months, even after they said it usually takes less. Still, it worked out.

How far back can you claim with these guys? I had a flight cancellation like three years ago, is that too old?

C Chris Patel 2 months ago
Nah, I think you can go back pretty far, at least 3 years for EU flights. I claimed for one that was 2.5 years old and it went through. Give it a shot!

Pretty sure they can claim for flights up to 3 years old, sometimes even more depending on the country's laws. You should be good.

Anyone know how long it usually takes to get the money if Compensair wins the claim? Like from when they tell you it's successful?

A Amber Whitfield 1 month ago
It really depends on the airline. My friend got theirs in about 2 months after winning, but mine took closer to 4. Compensair sends it pretty quick once they get it though, usually to your bank account.

Mine was about 3 months from win notification to money in my account. Not super fast but not crazy slow either.

Is Compensair actually legit? Or is it one of those scam sites? I keep seeing ads but not sure if I should trust them with my flight details.

A Alex 2 months ago
They're legit, used them for a claim against British Airways. Got my money, no issues. They handle all the legal stuff.

I was skeptical too but they delivered. My flight from Paris got super delayed and they got me the compensation. So yeah, legit.

Are there any promo codes or referral bonuses floating around for Compensair? Wanna save a few bucks on the fee if possible.

F Faith Z. 2 months ago
You can usually find referral links that knock off a bit from their success fee. Check Reddit, people post them sometimes. That's how I got a small discount.

Yeah, if you know someone who used them, they can refer you and you both get a bonus. Or sometimes if you sign up for their newsletter, they send one.

Thinking between Compensair and AirHelp for a delayed flight. Anyone have experience with both or know which one is better/faster?

N Nina Whitfield 2 months ago
I've only used Compensair, but my buddy used AirHelp. Compensair's success fee seemed a little lower last time I checked, and they got my claim processed pretty smoothly. I hear AirHelp can be good too, but sometimes slower.

Compensair seemed a bit more straightforward to me when I was comparing. Plus, I liked their no-win no-fee guarantee which some others are kinda vague about. Faster? Hard to say, depends on the airline I think.
